Sponsorship Benefits – Overview

Our sponsor area is located directly in front of the conference rooms, creating the ideal setting for sponsors and participants to connect and exchange during the coffee breaks and throughout the conference.

Sponsors also have the opportunity to join our social program, offering additional and more informal opportunities to connect with participants.
Depending on the chosen sponsorship package, social program participation is already included and does not need to be booked separately.

Each booth includes a table and chairs according to the number of team members included in the respective package. Sponsors are welcome to bring their own banners, tablecloths, promotional materials and other branding elements to personalize their booth.

In addition to the on-site presence, sponsors receive online visibility in our Conference App, with the option to upload an unlimited number of promotional materials and content.

2. Booth space at the conference centre
3. Two complimentary Summer Camp registrations for persons of their choice (excl. hotel and travel costs)

5. Lunch included for two additional people (for example for the person in charge of the booth)
6. Free attendance to the Social Program including the Gala Dinner for 2 people.
7. Leaflets at the Registration desk.
8. Rotating sponsor logos by level on the home page of the Web app and Mobile App
9. Company’s logo is included on all Conference related advertising
10. Company’s video (1-3 minutes) displayed at the beginning of the live sessions (if provided)

What is included?

This is an offer for the company interested in sponsoring a speaker. Your company can choose which of our speakers you would like to sponsor.
The sponsorship will cover travel expenses and accommodation of the Speaker.
1. Company’s logo at the beginning of every session of your chosen speaker, as well as on the Conference web page and App (Web and Mobile)
2. An announcement of sponsorship by the chairmen before the lecture.
3. Company’s logo included on all Conference related advertising
