Anna Adrian

Anna Adrian Dr. med. vet, MS, Dip. ACVR, MRCVS
Anna graduated from Ludwig-Maximilian University, Munich, Germany in 2008.
In 2008 she enrolled in a Doctoral thesis program at the University Leipzig, supervised by Prof. Dr. Walter Brehm and worked at the Equine Clinic in Luesche, Germany.
In 2009 she started her Imaging Internship at Michigan State University, MI, USA supervised by Dr. Jen Kinns.
In 2010 she did a rotating small animal Internship at the University of Saskatchewan, Western College of Saskatoon, SK, Canada.
In 2011 she enrolled in a residency program in Diagnostic Imaging at Colorado State University, CO, USA supervised by Dr. Alex Valdez and Dr. Angela Marolf.
In 2014 she achieved the diploma of the American College of Veterinary Radiology (ACVR).
After working as a radiologist at Dick White Referrals, Cambridgeshire, UK she recently joined Vet CT as a telemedicine consultant in diagnostic imaging. She is also one of the founders and CEO of Vet Meet GmbH, the organiser of MRI Web Meetings.
She is the author of papers published in international peer reviewed journals.
She is a speaker of national and international continuing education courses and congresses in Diagnostic Imaging.

Pieter Nelissen

Pieter Nelissen, DVM, Cert SAS, Dip ECVS, MRCVS,
graduated at the University of Ghent in 2001.
After an rotating Internship and a few years in private practice he started his surgery residency at Dick White Referrals in 2008.
Pieter gained his diplomate status in 2012 and has since been working as a soft tissue surgeon.
At present he is employed as the head of soft tissue surgery at Tierklinik Haar.
He is the author of many publications and book chapters and has presented at multiple national and international conferences.

Marco Rosati

Marco Rosati DVM, PhD Dipl ACVP

Marco graduated from Bologna University in 2007.
In 2008 he enrolled in a PhD program at the Department of Internal Medicine, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Bologna University, working in the clinical neurology service and supervised by Prof. Gualtiero Gandini.
In 2011 he successfully concluded his PhD program and started working as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Section of Clinical & Comparative Neuropathology, Ludwig-Maximilians University, Munich, Germany under the guidance of Prof. Kaspar Matiasek.
Since 2013 he is Assistant Professor/Lecturer at the Institute for Veterinary Pathology, Ludwig-Maximilians University, Munich, Germany where he works as a neuropathologist in the Comparative Neuropathology Laboratory of the same Institution.
He is author and co-author of papers published in international peer-reviewed journals.
He is a speaker of many national and international continuing education courses and congresses in Veterinary Neurology/Neuroscience.
He is a reviewer for international journals and he is a member of the International Veterinary Epilepsy Task Force (IVETF).

Swan Specchi

Swan Specchi, DVM, PhD, DÉS, Dipl. ACVR, graduated from Bologna University in 2008.

In 2008 he enrolled in a PhD program at the Department of Diagnostic Imaging, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Bologna University.
In 2011 he successfully concluded his PhD program.
In 2011 he enrolled in a residency program in Diagnostic Imaging at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Montreal University (Canada) supervised by Prof. Marc-André d’Anjou, Prof. Kate Alexander, Dr. Éric-Norman Carmel and Dr. Laurent Blond.
In 2014 he achieved the diploma of the American College of Veterinary Radiology (ACVR).
Since 2014 he has been working as staff radiologist for Antech Imaging Service (USA). Since 2018 he’s taking care of the european diagnostic imaging residents continuing education for AIS with the role of European Residency Liaison.

Swan worked at the Istituto Veterinario di Novara from 2014 to 2017.
He is author and co-author of papers published in international peer reviewed journals with particular interest in vascular imaging.
He is a speaker and director of many national and international continuing education courses and congresses in Diagnostic Imaging.
