Eric Norman Carmel

Eric Norman Carmel DMV, DACVR, graduated from the Faculté de médecine vétérinaire at the University of Montreal in 1998. After an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the same institution, he joined the Laboratory for information technology integration in medical education (LITIEM) where he worked on various research and development projects in veterinary and medical educational technology.  He then pursued a residency program in medical imaging at the Faculté de médecine vétérinaire in St-Hyacinthe, and passed the certification exam of the American College of Veterinary Radiology in 2011. He is currently part of the specialist team of the Laval Veterinary Center.  His research interests are related to neuroimaging and abdominal ultrasound. He is the co-author of the RadioQuiz simulator.
