Andrea Trapp

Andrea Trapp, Dr. med. vet, Dip.ECVN,

graduated from the Ludwig-Maximilian University, Munich, Germany in 2010. Following Veterinary School she wrote her Doctorate thesis about the epilepsy of unknown cause in cats under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Andrea Fischer at the Ludwig-Maximilian University, Munich. From 2011 to 2012 Dr. Trapp performed an general rotating small animal internship at the Small Animal Teaching Hospital of the University of Liverpool, UK. Moving back to Munich, Dr. Trapp underwent a Neurology/Neurosurgery Residency at the Tierklinik Haar and achieved her diploma of the European College of Veterinary Neurology (ECVN) in 2017. She continued working at the now AniCura Tierklinik Haar as a senior Neurologist/Neurosurgeon. She has published in international peer reviewed journals and is a speaker of national and international continuing education courses and congresses in veterinary neurology.
