Stereotactic brain atlases are a vital tool for advanced MRI processing.
They allow us to register brain data and standardize how the brain is segmented into regions for analysis.
In this lecture I introduce the range of atlases available for veterinary researchers to use and discuss their roll in data processing and analysis.
