Vicente Aige Gil
Vicente Aige Gil, DVM, PhD
graduated in Veterinary Medicine (1985), obtained his PhD (1988) with a thesis on the pineal gland of the chick embryo at the University of Zaragoza (Spain).
After a post-doc research at the Universities of Reading (UK) and Guelph (Canada), and being a Visiting Professor at the Veterinary School of Glasgow (Scotland), he is an Associate Professor of Veterinary / Senior Lecturer of Anatomy at the Veterinary Faculty of the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (UAB), and member of the American Association of Veterinary Anatomists (AAVA).
He is a part of the teaching staff in neuroanatomy courses and seminars for the residents and trainees in Veterinary Neurosciences.
