Mathilde Granger

Mathilde Granger graduated as a vet in France in 2002 and did an internship in small animal medicine and surgery in 2003. She has been working in the UK since 2006, initially as a general practice vet then as emergency vet. She passed a Diploma of Animal Physiotherapy in 2012. She did the foundation course in veterinary acupuncture in 2017. She has founded Vet&Physio Ltd, a small animal physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre based in Somerset, UK in 2019. In 2021 she became chair of the British Veterinary Rehabilitation and Small Animal Association. She is also a member of the International Veterinary Association for Pain Management and currently studying towards certified veterinary pain practioner. She is particularly interested in looking after older pets and chronic pain patients, hence her interest in acupuncture and multimodal management.
