Marie de Swarte

Marie de Swarte, DVM, DECVDI, DACVR,
graduated from the Ecole Nationale Vétérinaire de Lyon, France, in 2008. After completing a rotating small animal internship at the University of Montréal, Canada in 2009, she worked for 1.5 years as a relief veterinarian in the south of France before starting a residency in Diagnostic Imaging at the University College Dublin, Ireland, in 2011. She graduated as a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging in 2014 and subsequently joined the radiology team of the University of Tennessee, USA, from 2014 to 2021. She became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Radiology in 2016. She joined the VetCT teleconsulting team as a radiologist in 2020. She is author of papers published in international peer reviewed journals. She is a speaker of national and international continuing education courses and congresses. During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, doing road trips across the USA, discovering new countries and rock-climbing!
