Anna-Mariam Kiviranta

Anna-Mariam Kiviranta graduated from Helsinki University in 2004. She started working at Veterinary Teaching Hospital of Helsinki University in 2007 and joined the neurology team in 2008 when she started neurology residency. She became a Diplomate of European College of Veterinary Neurology in 2014 and continued to work at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital’s neurology unit. In 2018 she enrolled a neurology Doctoral thesis program with a topic of Craniocervical abnormalities in Chihuahuas and defended her thesis in 2022. Currently she is working as a clinical teacher (neurology) at Helsinki University and continues to research canine craniocervical disorders.
