Description

Normal lymphatic pathophysiology will be reviewed, as well as how this is altered in neoplastic disease. Multiple techniques for sentinel lymph node detection will be reviewed, including surgical and Imaging based techniques. These techniques will be compared and contrasted, including vital dye injection, Tc99-sulfur colloid injection, and CT lymphography with iohexol.
